She shifted personally from a ho-hum, unhappy, fat teenager and is an author of Stucked UP! A BreakThrough Path to Unstuck, Co- author of Life Boosts, Licensed Minister and adjunct.
Vickie is known for her infectious enthusiasm and deceptively low-key, casual approach travelling throughout the country offering keynotes, coaching, and workshops.

I will need an up to 250 word bio and an up to 150 word introduction. I will also need a good headshot (preferably in portrait, not landscape). The size should be at least 400px wide and a jpeg.
You’ll also need to provide links to your website and social media URLs. You can include your best email account, too. We want to make sure that folks have a way to contact you.
